Menu Directions

MenuDirections (also styled Menu Directions) is the flagship annual conference and trade show for on-site / noncommercial foodservice professionals, hosted by FoodService Director in partnership with Informa Connect. It convenes operators from every noncommercial segment — colleges & universities, hospitals and healthcare, K-12 schools, and business & industry (B&I) — for three days of education, culinary demonstration, and networking. The program features interactive Table Talk Roundtables, hands-on Menu Moments cooking demonstrations, behind-the-scenes kitchen and dining-hall tours, and expert-led sessions on menu strategy, technology, and the workforce. Attendees can earn Continuing Education (CEU/CEH) credits. The 2025 edition was held November 17–19, 2025 at the Hilton Tampa Downtown in Tampa, Florida. The event runs annually; future edition dates are published on the official site when confirmed.
