Mid Winter Conference & Trade Show

Mid-Winter Conference & Trade Show is the winter conference of the Indiana Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), bringing together Indiana law enforcement executives in Indianapolis. The most recent edition ran Tuesday, January 27 through Thursday, January 29, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Center at Historic Union Station (123 West Louisiana Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225). The agenda included conference registration and continental breakfast, welcome and opening remarks by President Scott Shoemaker, an Indiana Law Enforcement Academy update by Executive Director Tim Horty, Indiana Criminal Justice Institute and Indiana State Police updates, Police Executive Leadership Academy sessions, luncheons sponsored by CABT, and the annual business meeting. The trade show took place Wednesday, January 28 from 1:30 to 4:30 PM, followed by a grand prize drawing, with hospitality suites sponsored by CORE Construction. Overnight accommodations were arranged through the Crowne Plaza at 317-631-2221 (IACP Mid-Winter block, code Q6P). The 2027 edition had not been announced as of the September 2026 verification.
