Modern Bakery Moscow | Confex is the 32nd International Trade Fair of Equipment & Ingredients for Bakery and Confectionery, taking place from 23 to 26 March 2027 at the Timiryazev Center in Moscow, Russia. It is the only exhibition in Russia and the CIS covering the entire production and sales cycle of confectionery and bakery products, uniting two industries in one venue. The 2026 edition attracted 15,136 visitors from 28 countries and 232 exhibitors from 8 countries across 20,759 sq m of exhibition space. Exhibitors present bakery and pastry technologies, confectionery technologies, ingredients and raw materials, packaging technology, refrigeration, shopfitting and quality-control equipment.
