Multifamily Development & Investment Conference & Expo is Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ)'s semiannual multifamily conference, held in Spring and Fall editions at The Cable Center (2000 Buchtel Blvd. S., Denver, CO 80210). Each afternoon program (12:00 pm - 4:45 pm) offers about 4 hours of Colorado real estate continuing education credit and typically features a Colorado apartment market overview, broker panels, a multifamily lender panel (Freddie Mac, agency and debt lenders), an investment panel with owners and operators, and a networking break in the expo hall with exhibitors and sponsors. Most recent edition: 2026 Fall Multifamily Development & Investment Conference and Expo on August 25, 2026 (afternoon); the 2026 Spring edition ran March 10, 2026, both at The Cable Center. Next-edition (2027) dates had not been announced as of September 2026.
