About Mushroom Days (Champignondagen)
Champignondagen - the international trade fair for the mushroom industry - is organised by Champignon Exhibitions BV and Stichting Champignondagen at the Brabanthallen in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
The 37th edition took place from 22 to 24 April 2026 at the Brabanthallen in 's-Hertogenbosch. It brought together 124 exhibitors from 21 countries and recorded 4,800 admissions over the three days from 97 countries, making it a truly global event for the mushroom sector. The Networking Party was attended by 900 participants and five winners of the Ambassador of the Mushroom Industry Award were announced during the evening.
Next edition
The next edition of the Mushroom Days is scheduled for 13 - 15 June 2029 at the Brabanthallen in 's-Hertogenbosch.
