NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience, is the National Association of REALTORS®' annual conference and expo — the largest gathering of real estate professionals in the United States. The 2026 edition takes place November 6-8, 2026 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The three-day event features 70+ education sessions on residential and commercial real estate, technology, brokerage operations, and housing policy, plus the industry's largest trade show with 400+ exhibitors across technology, marketing, title, finance, and services. NAR NXT also hosts NAR's governance meetings that set association policy for the coming year. More than 12,000 attendees convene for networking, the Global Networking Center, and the REALTORS® Relief Foundation activities.
