The National Pizza & Pasta Show is a restaurant trade show for the pizza, pasta and Italian foods industry, produced by Expo Media, Inc. (the original producers of the National Pizza & Pasta Show in Chicago, New York City, Atlantic City and Los Angeles, as well as the International Gourmet Show and Florida Food Show).

• National Pizza & Pasta Show 2023
• Dates: Tuesday-Wednesday, August 22-23, 2023, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (both exhibits and seminars) — the official site gives a single daily window of 10am-4pm for both days, so no separate start/end time is recorded.
• Venue: Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, Illinois (5 minutes from O'Hare Airport, ~20 minutes from Downtown Chicago).
• Scale: up to 3,500 pizza / foodservice operators, managers and distributors; about 200 exhibitors of products, services, technology and equipment.
• Format: exhibits, live demos, workshops, seminars, contests, US Pizza Team and pizza tours.
• A previous edition held at McCormick Place drew 7,000 pizza operators and 325 exhibiting companies.

Next edition

As of the verification date the official site carries only the 2023 edition (page update stamp 2023-08-16) and publishes no 2024/2025/2026/2027 dates, no "save the date" and no cancellation notice. No next-edition dates are therefore recorded here — the last confirmed edition is kept.
