Do not use the 2031 leftover dates. The future-dates page (https://www.njfireexpo.com/future-expo-dates) lists Sept. 17-18 2026 among later years through Sept. 19-20 2031 and says the expo is always the second weekend after Labor Day weekend. Those 2026 dates (Thursday-Friday) conflict with the homepage Friday-Saturday labels, parade date Saturday September 19, and Thursday load-in. This listing uses the homepage next-edition dates only.

Venue: homepage places the expo in Wildwood, NJ. Official rules name the gated tent exhibit area of Fox Park, with the tent gate on Burk Ave. Exhibit areas also include lots and ball park spaces (vendor pricing). Mailing address FMBVFA PO Box 935, Wildwood, NJ 08260 is not the exhibit venue. No numbered street address for Fox Park is published on the official site.

Hosted by the Five Mile Beach Volunteer Firemen's Association (FMBVFA). Vendor registration is online only at https://www.njfireexpo.com/vendor-info (must register before purchasing space). Exhibit spaces are open to vendors of firematic supplies, services and equipment. T-shirt/novelty vendors are not being accepted.
