About
The Newark Well Being Show (NWBS) is a community holistic wellbeing weekend organised by LizianEvents at the Lady Eastwood Centre, Newark Showground, NG24 2NY. The 2026 edition runs 5–6 September 2026.
Visitors meet more than 70 community exhibitors plus 30+ live talks and presentations. The programme mixes retail stands (crystals, jewellery, books, essential oils, herbal and homoeopathic products), information stands, readers and mediums, and therapy sessions such as Reiki, reflexology, yoga and sound healing.

- Sunday 6 September 2026: 10:00–16:00
Day pass £5; weekend pass £8. Parking is free and unlimited. A children’s activity area, café, live music, tai chi, drumming and a dedicated yoga studio (Room 3) sit alongside the main hall stage.
Venue
The Lady Eastwood Centre is one of the halls on Newark Showground’s 300+ acre site in Winthorpe, Newark, Nottinghamshire.
Programme highlights
Saturday and Sunday each have timed talks in Room 1 and Room 2 (mediumship, NLP, herbal infusions, Soul Midwives, Gowa Ki-hō, sound therapy and more), drop-in yoga and relaxation with Philip Burgess, Milla’s drumming circles, and main-hall performances including Zeva Dance.
