145th General Conference & Exhibition

The 145th General Conference & Exhibition is the annual business meeting of the National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS), bringing together thousands of Army and Air National Guard officers from all 50 states, U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. The 145th edition was held August 18-21, 2023 at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, Nevada, with the exhibition floor open August 19-21. More than 4,000 professionals, including defense leaders, attend; the 2023 tradeshow featured 220+ companies and organizations and was the biggest exhibit footprint to date. Conference programming includes business and professional development sessions, keynote addresses (available afterward on the NGAUS YouTube channel), a golf tournament, Mount Rose hike, motorcycle ride, adjutants general reception, company grade/warrant officer and field grade officer mixers, a 5K fun run, the States Dinner, spouses seminar and luncheon, state/territory hospitality night, and a closing Governor's Farewell concert. Registration is $180 plus fees for optional events and shuttles; exhibitor and non-exhibiting industry registration is handled through the NGAUS conference webpage.
