The NOBLE Annual Training Conference & Exhibition is the flagship yearly gathering of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), founded in 1976 and today representing more than 4,800 members across 58 chapters in six regions of the United States. Built around NOBLE's mission of "Justice by Action" - ensuring equity in the administration of justice and in the provision of public service to all communities - the conference brings together chiefs of police, sheriffs, federal agency leaders, criminal-justice academics and community stakeholders for five days of professional development.
The programme combines training workshops, leadership forums, a CEO Symposium, policy plenaries on 21st-century policing, community-trust and gun-violence prevention, plus the installation of NOBLE's incoming national president. An accompanying exhibition hosts law-enforcement technology, equipment, training-services and public-safety solution providers, who meet decision-makers through the annual Exhibitor & Journal Ad programme.
Per NOBLE's published National Training Conference schedule, the next edition runs 30 July - 3 August 2027 in Washington, D.C., followed by Chicago (11-15 August 2028) and Atlanta (10-14 August 2029). The host facility for the 2027 edition has not yet been announced by the organiser.
