The NAFEM Show 2027

The NAFEM Show 2027 is the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers’ flagship exhibition for commercial foodservice equipment and supplies (E&S). Official pages describe it as the place where operators, dealers, consultants, chefs and manufacturers explore cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, automation and commercial kitchen design.

Dates and venue. All official show events take place at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida. The published attendee schedule is:

• Wednesday, 10 February 2027: Kick-Off Party, 18:30–20:30
• Thursday, 11 February 2027 (Show Day 1): show floor 09:00–17:00
• Friday, 12 February 2027 (Show Day 2): Training Time 08:00–09:00; show floor 09:00–17:00; The NAFEM Party 19:00–23:00
• Saturday, 13 February 2027 (Show Day 3): Training Time 08:00–09:00; show floor 09:00–15:00

Exhibition dates recorded here are the three show-floor days, 11–13 February 2027.

Attending and exhibiting. Attendee registration is open via the official Experient portal. Exhibitor contracts for NAFEM members and 2027-approved non-member exhibitors launched 16 June at 11:00 Central.
