NPTC Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition

NPTC's Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition is the marquee national private truck fleet event, drawing 1,200+ attendees and 160+ exhibitors. The 2027 edition is scheduled for May 6-8, 2027 at the Orlando World Center Marriott (8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL), per the official NPTC events calendar; the current event page likewise states that the 2027 event will take place at the Orlando Marriott World Center. The 2026 edition took place May 9-11, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Hotel and the Orange County Convention Center. Note: the site's Hotel subpage still shows the 2026 Hyatt Regency room block (stale template content not yet updated for 2027).
