NSR The Exposition (Junior Show)

NSR The Exposition Junior Show is the National Swine Registry's flagship youth swine event, held at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, Iowa. The 2026 edition took place June 7-12, 2026, in conjunction with the NSR Open Show. Junior exhibitors compete across all breeds - Duroc, Hampshire, Landrace, Yorkshire, Berkshire, Chester White, Poland China, Spotted, Hereford, Tamworth, and Crossbred - under barrow and gilt weight limits. Participation requires a Premise ID and federally approved eartags, and NJSA members must complete PQA+ or YQCA training annually. The Exposition is a cornerstone event for youth swine exhibitors nationwide.
