NYC Real Estate Week 2026

NYC Real Estate Week 2026 runs 19–22 October 2026 as a citywide week of events and programming dedicated to how the industry finances, insures, measures, manages, and powers the built world. Organized by MetaProp with CREtech and REBNY, the week is described as the largest gathering of real estate innovators in New York.

The flagship of the week is CREtech New York, the Global Real Estate AI Conference, held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Official programming for the flagship covers two days on how AI is reshaping the built world, with speakers and companies including Prologis, Brookfield, JLL, and CBRE, plus live demos and a large volume of double opt-in meetings.

Additional featured events are being added as hosts confirm. Attendance is not a single ticket: each session or satellite event registers separately, and hosts confirm places directly. Organizations can also apply to host programming during the week.

The series was founded by MetaProp in 2015. Typical attendees include owners and operators, investors, founders, and others building the future of real estate in New York.
