2026 OAHP Annual Convention & Trade Show

The Ohio Association of Health Plans (OAHP) hosts its premier two-day Annual Convention & Trade Show on 15–16 September 2026 at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris Hotel, 8700 Lyra Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43240.

The gathering brings together healthcare leaders, member health plans, stakeholders, solution providers, legislators, and innovators for networking and discussion. OAHP represents member health plans covering more than 9 million Ohioans through employer-sponsored coverage, the individual market, and public programs.

Hours (tentative agenda, Eastern Time)

• Tuesday 15 September: Exhibit setup 08:00–10:00. Registration, coffee, and time with exhibitors from 10:00. Sessions through the afternoon; Sponsor Reception & Exhibitor Speed Networking 16:00–17:30. Invitation-only special event 17:30–20:30 (off-site at Star Lanes Polaris).
• Wednesday 16 September: Complimentary breakfast with exhibitors 08:30–09:30. General sessions through approximately 12:30, including Industry Innovation Awards and door prizes. Quiet exhibit dismantle may begin at 12:00; all exhibits must be out by 14:30.

• Fees listed on the attendee form: member health plan / affiliate USD 650; reserved table USD 4,000; other attendees USD 1,350.
• Written cancellation by 14 August 2026 (USD 100 service charge). Substitutions accepted; no refunds after that date.
• 2026 sponsor registration is closed; OAHP offers a wait list for 2027.
