O Con Expo | July 17-19 | Omaha-Council Bluffs

O Con Expo is Omaha's premiere pop-culture event and the Omaha metro's largest and longest-running comic convention, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2026. The 2026 edition ran July 17-19 at the Mid-America Center, 1 Arena Way, Council Bluffs, IA 51501 (Friday 12 PM-8 PM, Saturday 9 AM-8 PM, Sunday 9 AM-5 PM).

Highlights include the annual Cosplay Contest (Saturday 6 PM, $1,000 top prize), the Corgi Room (Sunday 10 AM), Kids Cosplay Jamboree, live PWP wrestling, the Game Room with demos and tournaments hosted by The Game Shoppe, the Omaha Film Festival Pop-Up Cinema, a Model Building Contest by IPMS Fort Crook, celebrity guests (2026 featured Doug Jones), and community booths.

Tickets: 3-day pass $60 early-bird, Friday $35, Saturday $40, Sunday $35; kids 12 and under get in free with a paid adult. The 10th anniversary edition has concluded; the 2027 edition is upcoming.
