The OHIMA 2027 Annual Meeting & Trade Show takes place March 8–10, 2027 at The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center, 100 Green Meadows Drive S, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035 (just north of Columbus).
OHIMA describes the event as the largest state health information conference in the country, drawing about 600 HI professionals from Ohio and beyond. The 2027 theme is HI Heroes Unite: Together We're Unstoppable, covering coding, CDI, revenue cycle, privacy, compliance, analytics, and emerging technologies.
Exhibit hall: open Monday 8 March and Tuesday 9 March, with limited Wednesday 10 March exhibitor engagement (first come, first served from January). A Vendor Showcase follows the Tuesday hall close. Booths are 10' × 6'; pricing is $800 before 15 December 2026 and $900 after.
Key dates: booth fee increase and program listing deadline 15 December 2026; hotel discount, sponsorship, vendor showcase, and exhibitor logistics deadline 4 February 2027; pre-show attendee list 22 February 2027. Book hotel by 4 February 2027.
