Olivtech 2026
Olivtech is the International Olive, Olive Oil, Dairy Products, Wine and Technologies Expo. The next edition runs 30 April–2 May 2026 at Fuarizmir (Zafer Mah. 840 Sk. Fuar Alanı No:2, Gaziemir, İzmir), organised by İZFAŞ under the auspices of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality.
Visitor hours on the official fact sheet are 10:00–18:00. Online visitor invitations are available from the organiser.
The show brings together olive, olive oil, dairy, wine and related technology suppliers at Türkiye’s largest purpose-built expo campus. Product groups listed by the organiser include olives; olive oil; milk and dairy products; storage units; wine and wine technologies; production technologies; packaging materials; associations and foundations; food analysis laboratories; and saplings, seeds and fertilisers.
