PASBO 72nd Annual Conference and Exhibits

The Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO) holds its 72nd Annual Conference and Exhibits at Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania, March 9–12, 2027.

The conference is an in-person gathering for school business professionals. Organizers highlight keynote speakers, education sessions on school-business challenges, and networking with colleagues and PASBO business partners. Each year the conference is attended by more than 700 PASBO members looking for products and services that support school operations.

Program

Attendee information from the organizer lists more than 80 seminars on school finance and operations, plus an exhibit floor with more than 250 booths of school-related goods and services. Stated education themes include controlling current costs, reducing future liabilities, generating additional dollars for the classroom, and creating operational efficiencies.

Session handouts are provided electronically on the PASBO Events mobile app and the conference website.

Exhibit hall

Exhibit days are Wednesday, March 10 and Thursday, March 11, 2027 (hours subject to change):

• Wednesday, March 10: 10:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Thursday, March 11: 9:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Exhibit set-up is Tuesday, March 9 (12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) and Wednesday morning. Take-down is Thursday afternoon. Exhibit areas include Chocolate Lobby and Great American Lobby.
