Phoenix Education Conference & Trade Show (2026)
The Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) holds its largest annual event at the Phoenix Convention Center on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Arizona Time. The venue listed on the official event page is 33 South 3rd Street, South Hall FG, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
Programme
- Morning: education breakout sessions (each topic offered twice) plus a lunch programme.
- Afternoon trade show: exhibit floor 12:30 PM–4:00 PM (12:30–1:30 PM exclusive to full-day attendees; 1:30–4:00 PM open to all registered attendees).
- 4:00–4:30 PM: booth awards and raffles.
Education topics include leadership mindset, True Colors team building, management–maintenance collaboration, and conflict navigation. A general session features speaker Judson Laipply.
Trade show
More than 200 Industry Partner (vendor) companies exhibit products and services for Arizona's multifamily / rental housing community. 10×10 booths were sold out for 2026. Official decorator: Heritage Exposition Services.
