plastprintpack Ethiopia 2027
The 9th plastprintpack Ethiopia takes place 20–22 May 2027 at the AICC Addis International Convention Center in Addis Ababa. It is Ethiopia’s leading B2B platform for the plastics, printing, paper, packaging and recycling value chain, organised by fairtrade Messe with local partner Prana Events.
The 8th edition (24–27 June 2026 on the organiser homepage; 25–27 June 2026 in the post-show report) drew 152 exhibitors from 18 countries and 4,315 trade visitors, with national pavilions from Brazil, China and Italy. The 2027 show returns to AICC and is again co-located with agrofood Ethiopia (Hall 2: agro, food + bev tec, food ingredients), plus Ethiopia Food Show and Ethiopica Coffee Show.
Venue and layout
AICC opened on 1 March 2025 and spans about 40 hectares, with exhibition and conference halls plus outdoor space. The organiser lists Hall 1 for plastprintpack Ethiopia and Hall 2 for agrofood Ethiopia.

The fair covers plastics raw materials and processing technology; printing, paper and tissue; packaging materials and machinery; and recycling. Official visitor registration for 2027 is hosted by fairtrade Messe and will open about six to eight weeks before the show.
