POWTEX®2026 - The 46th International Powder Technology Exhibition

POWTEX®2026, the 46th International Powder Technology Exhibition, is Japan's largest exhibition dedicated to powder technology. Sponsored by the Association of Powder Process Industry and Engineering, JAPAN (APPIE), it will be held at Tokyo Big Sight (East Halls 1・2・3) from 25 to 27 November 2026, 9:30-17:00.

Exhibition scope

Under the theme PX (Powder-technology Transformation), the show covers the full spectrum of powder technologies - from producing, transporting and measuring powders to powder-related materials and equipment for granular materials:

• Powder processing machinery: powder handling, grinding/comminution/pulverizing, classification/sieving, dust collection, mixing/agitation/dispersion, wet processing, drying/cooling, granulation/coating/surface treatment, tableting, additive manufacturing, packing/filling/weighing and instrumentation
• Powder measuring instruments: particle size and shape analyzers, particle property measurement, moisture analysis, granular material flowability and slurry characterization
• Laboratory machinery, contract processing/measurement and simulation software
• Powder materials: grinding media, dispersants, functional materials and pharmaceutical excipients
• Books, JIS standards and standard powders

Organizer and support

The event is organized by APPIE and supported by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, MEXT, AIST, JNIOSH and JETRO, with special cooperation from the Society of Powder Technology Japan. It is co-located with the Autumn annual meeting and Symposium of the Society of Powder Technology Japan (SPTJ).
