PPAMidwest Fall Holiday Showcase 2026

Promotional Products Association Midwest (PPAMidwest) holds its annual Fall Holiday Showcase as a two-city tabletop trade show for promotional-product suppliers, multi-line reps, distributors, and end buyers.

Dates and venues

• Tuesday, October 20, 2026 — The Foundry Art Centre, 520 North Main Center, St. Charles, MO 63301 (St. Louis area)
• Thursday, October 22, 2026 — AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk, 16201 Shawnee Drive, Overland Park, KS 66223 (Kansas City area)

A related PPAMidwest golf tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at Fred Arbanas Golf Course, Kansas City, MO (separate registration).

Schedule (both show days)

• 7:00–9:30 a.m. — Exhibitor set-up
• 9:00–10:00 a.m. — Education session: Emerging Professionals panel From Starting Out to Standing Out
• 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. — Exhibits open

Distributor and client (end buyer) admission is free. Exhibit tables are available in one or both cities (current PPAMidwest membership required to exhibit).
