7th Premium Real Estate Expo
The 7th Premium Real Estate Expo takes place 2–4 April 2027 at Metropolitan Expo (Athens International Airport area, Spata, Attica, Greece). The organiser describes it as the premier meeting place for real estate professionals and investors in Greece.
Visitors can meet real estate companies, developers, investment projects and related services. The 2027 edition includes:
- Green Home Experience — experiential sections: Future Home, Design Home, and Investor Hub, covering technology, design and investment.
- 7th Real Estate Forum — running alongside the exhibition, with thematic units on Investment Strategy, Innovation & Green Living, and Modern Management (the site states more than 70 speakers).
- Visitor pre-registration, including entry into grand raffles and contests announced for the 2027 show.
