Private Capital Investment Conference & Expo

Annual morning conference and expo organized by Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ) as part of the CREJ Conference Series, focused on private capital investment and lending across Colorado commercial real estate. The most recent edition was held on August 26, 2026, 7:00 am - 11:45 am, at The Cable Center (2000 Buchtel Blvd. S., Denver, CO 80210). The 2026 program featured investor panels on office, industrial, multifamily, and retail/NNN assets, a debt and equity market keynote, and an expo hall networking break; registration was USD 115 and the session carried 4 hours of real estate continuing education credit. The 2025 edition took place August 20, 2025 at the same venue. As of September 2026 the 2027 edition has not yet been announced.
