Project Controls Expo (PCE) Australia is the country's largest annual conference dedicated exclusively to project controls, with strong ties to Australia's state infrastructure authorities, Tier-1 contractors and government capital programmes.
Held every November at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, PCE Australia brings together planners, schedulers, cost engineers, risk managers and PMO leaders to share tools, case studies and practices that improve delivery performance on major rail, transport, water, energy, defence and construction programmes.
