Master's Fair in New York City

Location: Metropolitan Pavilion, 123 West 18th Street, New York

QS Discover is a free graduate school fair for college juniors, seniors, and early career professionals considering a master's degree. Attendees can explore programmes, meet more than 25 institutions from around the world, and speak with admissions teams under one roof.

QS Connect Master's takes place before the open fair. Registrants include a resume or LinkedIn profile; the team matches candidates with universities and arranges 25-minute meetings with representatives.

Women in Leadership is open to Discover and Connect attendees. It includes a keynote, a panel with admissions directors, roundtable discussions, and workshops on personal branding, salary negotiation, and related career topics.

Timing (same venue): Connect registration opens at 11:30 am; Women in Leadership opens at 1:00 pm; Discover registration opens at 2:00 pm. Discover is drop-in; arriving at the start is recommended so booths, panels, and workshops are not missed.

Who it is for: People in the New York City area interested in graduate programmes at leading universities. Dress is business attire. The participating-universities list is typically updated on the event page about 30 days before the fair.

Organiser: QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS World University Rankings). Questions: eventsupport@qs.com.

The 19 September 2026 edition has expired for this season. The organiser states it is working on the next season; the next edition dates are not yet published.
