International Patchwork Festival «Soul of Russia» (ДУША РОССИИ)

The official Russian homepage of quiltshow.ru presents the International Patchwork Festival «Soul of Russia» (Международный фестиваль лоскутного шитья «ДУША РОССИИ»), held at Gostiny Dvor on Ilyinka Street 4 in the centre of Moscow, within walking distance of Red Square, GUM and St Basil's Cathedral, from May 2 to 8, 2026, open daily 11:00-19:00.

The festival brings together more than 2,000 patchwork and textile works by crafters from over 580 towns across Russia on nearly 13,000 square metres. Visitors can book master classes online from April 13, 2026 (many free of charge for children and school groups), buy works directly from registered makers, and follow the annual theme of the main competition. Tickets can be purchased in advance online. The «Soul of Russia» project also tours its exhibitions abroad, with 2026 shows in Osaka (Japan) and Blagoveshchensk.
