The Robot Investments and Maintenance 4.0 Summit and Exhibition (Robot Yatirimlari ve Bakim 4.0 Zirveleri) takes place on 6-7 May 2026 at the Movenpick Istanbul Asia Convention Center in Kurtkoy Pendik, Istanbul, Turkiye. Summit hours are approximately 09:30-18:00 each day.

Program

The two-day program combines:

• Exhibitions (Sergiler): Robot solutions presented with field application examples
• Presentations (Sunumlar): Real investment stories from companies that have made robot investments, covering both successes and failures
• Seminars (Seminerler): Short trainings given by participating companies in seminar rooms
• Interactive panels and forums, with the Efficiency Project Awards (Verimlilik Proje Odulleri) ceremony closing each day

Themes

Conference themes include predictive maintenance, energy efficiency and sustainability, production and maintenance technologies, digital transformation, maintenance organization, spare parts and logistics, and AI/autonomous systems.

Audience and Format

Participation is limited to roughly 1,000 invited professionals - factory and production managers, maintenance directors, investment and project managers, and technical procurement managers - admitted only after pre-registration approval. Admission is free of charge.

Among participating speakers and exhibitors are companies such as Universal Robots, Podim Robotics, Pinar, LAV, Sisecam, Kordsa, LC Waikiki, AkzoNobel, Hanon Systems, Canias, VAT Enerji, Bilecik Demir Celik and Gemak.
