Saboten Con is Arizona's largest and longest-running anime convention. It celebrates everything anime and Japanese pop culture - a weekend of entertainment, fun and friends with anime, manga, gaming and fandom programming.

What to expect
- Guest panels and meet-and-greets with voice actors, cosplayers and bands (2026 guests include Asami Imai and Alexis Tipton)
- Concerts and live entertainment
- Gaming tournaments (Sabo Slam) running all weekend at the Renaissance Hotel, including The Parlor, Save Point, TTRPG Room, Music Game Room and the Main Gaming Hall
- Large exhibitor hall and artist hall
- Cosplay gatherings, AMV contest and creators corner
