SACHSENBACK is the leading trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trades in central and eastern Germany. From 6 to 8 May 2028 it will again be the central meeting point for the industry: exhibitors present new products and innovations, while trade visitors exchange views on current trends.
The fair covers machinery and operations technology, raw materials, merchandise and sales promotion. A stage programme and competitions complement the exhibition. Organiser: Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG (Messe Stuttgart), in partnership with the Dresden exhibition grounds.
