Salima Technology

SALIMA is the International Food Fair and trade fair for the food industry and gastronomy, held at the Brno Exhibition Centre (BVV) in Brno, Czech Republic. It brings together Czech and foreign food suppliers, state-of-the-art food production technologies, processing equipment, gastro-operation equipment, and solutions for milling, bakery, confectionery, wholesale and food distribution. Intended for professional visitors only, the fair takes place every two years and is complemented by the EmbaxPrint packaging and printing fair. The next edition is SALIMA 2027, with specific dates to be announced.
