About Salon du Chocolat Shanghai
Salon du Chocolat Shanghai is China's edition of the world's most prestigious chocolate exhibition. Since Salon du Chocolat began in Paris in 1995, the show has gathered enterprises and exhibitors from cocoa-growing countries, chocolate producers, manufacturing equipment suppliers, and dessert makers — widely regarded as the World Cup of the chocolate industry.
The 4th Salon du Chocolat Shanghai runs November 10–12, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets, the event continues to offer professional buyers a diverse range of chocolate products and related industries, including equipment manufacturers and cocoa raw material suppliers.
On-site activities include the Chocolate Fashion Show, Global Choco Village, Global Chocolate Tasting Show, and Chocolate Art Show. The exhibition is co-located with FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, sharing professional visitors from the food industry.
