Salon du livre de Montréal

The 48th Salon du livre de Montréal holds Le Salon au Palais from 25 to 29 November 2026. The organizer also lists Salon dans la ville from 13 November in bookshops, cafés, museums and other venues across Greater Montreal, plus year-round digital programming (Salon en ligne).

The official site describes the fair as gathering some 2,000 authors, nearly 700 publishing houses and about 106,000 visitors around books and reading. Tickets for the 48th edition are on sale via the official box office.

The Salon’s stated mission is to promote books and the pleasure of reading as cultural goods in Quebec society.
