Zen&Bio Nantes is a large consumer exhibition dedicated to organic food, wellbeing and healthy housing in western France. Three days of conferences, wellbeing workshops and creative activities, with free entry. Held 9–11 October 2026 at Parc des Expositions de la Beaujoire, Nantes.

Zen&Bio Nantes is the flagship Grand Ouest edition of the ZEN&BIO network of eco-friendly, organic, wellbeing and healthy-housing salons. The 2026 edition runs Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October 2026 at Parc des Expositions de la Beaujoire, Route de Saint-Joseph de Porterie, 44300 Nantes. Opening hours: 10:00–19:00, Sunday 10:00–18:00. Admission is free and open to the public.
The show brings together around 180 exhibitors and an expected 12,000 visitors across sectors including organic food & wines, fashion & craftsmanship, ecological and healthy housing, associations/green tourism/gardening, beauty/health/wellbeing and self-improvement (mieux-être). The programme features conferences, wellbeing workshops, creative animations and 'bougez-zen' exercise workshops.
