SCW DC Mania Fit Pro Convention

SCW D.C. Mania Fitness Pro Convention

D.C. Mania is the Washington-area edition of SCW Fitness Education's Mania series of fitness professional conventions and expos. This listing is only the D.C. edition, not Florida, Dallas, Atlanta, Midwest, or Boston.

Next edition

The organizer's current convention locations page (https://scwfit.com/mania/, checked 2026-10-03 Asia/Shanghai) lists:

• Dates: February 26-28, 2027
• Venue: Hyatt Regency Dulles, Herndon, VA

The register button on that card points to the D.C. microsite. Those are the dates written here. The stored span of 2025-03-01 to 2025-03-01 is a past edition and was not published.

Venue

Hyatt Regency Dulles, 2300 Dulles Corner Boulevard, Herndon, VA 20171. Linked to existing venue id 4661 in catalog city Herndon, Virginia (city id 1637). No new city was created. The hotel is a Dulles-area suburb, not Washington state and not a different Washington.

The D.C. book-your-room page (https://scwfit.com/dc/venue/book-your-room/) names the same hotel and address. Its discount deadline of Tuesday, February 10, 2026 belongs to the already-finished 2026 room block and was not used as event dates. A homepage line telling guests to stay at the Doubletree by Hilton in Danvers, Massachusetts is Boston Mania copy and was ignored.

What the D.C. microsite still shows

https://scwfit.com/dc/ says D.C. Mania 2026 is over and that session recordings are for sale, and it offers a Register For 2027 button. The same page still has an older invitation for February 27-March 1, 2025. The schedule and brochure downloads are labeled dc26. None of that past copy was written as the next edition, because the locations calendar gives a single future date range.

The microsite describes up to 20+ CECs/CEUs (SCW, ACE, AEA, ACSM, AFAA, and NASM), about 200 live workshops, and an option to stream or buy recordings. Day-by-day hours for February 26-28, 2027 were not stated on the pages checked, so no hours were added.
