SIAL Shanghai (branded as SIAL in China / SIAL China) is Asia's premium food and beverage trade fair, organised by Comexposium-SIAL Exhibition Co., Ltd.

Since 2000, SIAL Shanghai has served as a launchpad for food and beverage companies looking to expand abroad, connecting exhibitors and buyers, hosting industry events, and celebrating innovation. Comexposium brought the SIAL brand (founded in Paris in 1964) to China with a dual-city format: SIAL Shanghai and SIAL Guangzhou. The China franchise has hosted tens of thousands of exhibitors from dozens of countries and more than a million F&B professionals.
