Shanghai International Explosion-Proof Electrical Technology Equipment Exhibition (Expec 2027)

Expec is China's annual industry meeting for explosion-proof electrical technology and equipment, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The 2027 edition runs 3-5 June 2027 in Shanghai, China, alongside cippe2027 - the 19th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition.

The exhibition covers industrial explosion-proof products, explosion-proof electrical equipment and components, fluid machinery, automation technology equipment, instruments and meters, storage and conveying equipment, petrochemical R&D and laboratory technology, complete petrochemical plants, petroleum refining technology, gas station sales systems and DCS/PLC control systems.

Major oil and petrochemical companies such as Saudi Aramco, Shell, Total, Technip, BASF, Sinopec, CNPC and CNOOC are among the exhibitors and visitors. The event draws exhibitors from 20 countries and more than 110,000 professional visitors across 70,000 sqm of exhibition space.
