Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) is Messe Frankfurt's regional trade fair for intelligent building and smart-space technology in China, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai 201204, China. It runs concurrently with Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) and Parking China (PKC), and belongs to Messe Frankfurt's Light + Building brand family.

NEXT EDITION - DATE TBA. The official Facts & Figures page states "Next edition: Wait for further announcement". The 2025 editions of SIBT, SSHT, SSOT and PKC were rescheduled to the first half of 2026 (press release, Shanghai, 23 June 2025) as part of a broad strategic development initiative; the same release added that "new show dates with further details will be announced in due course". As of 23 September 2026 no 2026/2027 dates have been published on the official site and the newest press release listed is dated June 2025. No future dates are asserted here.

LAST HELD EDITION - 3-5 September 2024, halls W4 and W5, SNIEC. The four concurrent shows attracted 28,295 visitors (including 31 domestic and international visiting groups) and nearly 300 exhibitors, with 23,000 sqm of exhibition space; the 2024 figures are shared across SIBT, SSHT, SSOT and PKC.

SCOPE. The fair centres on system interoperability and integration in intelligent building: security, networking, monitoring, intelligent analytics and data centres consolidated into one integrated system. Themed zones cover building efficiency, energy management, building automation, smart hotel, cloud platform and IoT solutions. The 2024 edition hosted 21 forums with more than 100 experts covering 150+ topics spanning energy efficiency, smart parking, smart lighting, gerontechnology, charging solutions and healthy smart spaces.
