Wine & Spirits section of HOTELEX Shanghai 2027 (the 35th Shanghai International Hotel & Catering Industry Expo), held 30 March – 2 April 2027 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai Hongqiao. The Bar & Drinks zone brings together wine, spirits, craft beer and beverages through immersive, scenario-based exhibits that recreate real bar environments, covering high-growth categories including spirits (brown & white spirits, liqueurs, baijiu, sake), wine (red, white, sparkling, champagne, fruit wine) and craft beer. The platform connects exhibitors with more than 800,000 professional buyers across the global hotel, catering and beverage trade, complemented by competitions, forums and festival events throughout the HOTELEX series.
