Status
SIMA Otoño, the autumn edition of Madrid’s international real estate salon, is no longer held as a separate fair. Planner Exhibitions / SIMA now concentrates the brand on a single annual Living Conference & Expo at IFEMA MADRID in May.
The last dedicated autumn edition took place 26–28 November 2021 in Pabellón 6, IFEMA Madrid. Subsequent years list only the spring salon (most recently 20–23 May 2026; next announced edition 26–29 May 2027 on the official site).
IFEMA’s public calendar for 2026–2027 has no SIMA Otoño / autumn SIMA entry (September–November 2026 lists other fairs only). The May dates belong to the main SIMA records, not this leftover autumn listing.
Visitors and exhibitors should use the official organiser site simaexpo.com and IFEMA’s SIMA page rather than historical autumn URLs.
About (historical)
SIMA Otoño was a residential property marketplace for buyers, investors and professionals, organised by Planner Exhibitions at Feria de Madrid. It ran as a second yearly edition alongside the spring SIMA until the calendar was consolidated.
