Smart City Expo Poland

Smart City Expo Poland is Poland's only trade fair dedicated entirely to urban technologies and the fastest-growing event of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe. It is where technology providers meet face to face with decision-makers from Polish and international cities, promoting sustainable urban development, supporting public-private cooperation, and connecting exhibitors with the people who actually procure and implement smart city solutions.

The next edition takes place 16-17 September 2026 at EXPO XXI in Warsaw, Poland. The 2025 edition drew 800 participants, 43 of them representatives of public administration, local government units, public institutions and municipal companies; 67 visitors declared that they manage a city; and 93 took part in workshops for local governments.

The fair invites participation from cities and administration, technology providers, and companies operating in mobility, waste management, transport, energy and telecommunications, as well as NGOs, foundations, associations, international organisations, academics, urban planners, architects, researchers, urban innovation specialists, and investors and VC funds interested in financing smart city projects.
