JAPAN BUILD - International Building & Home Week

JAPAN BUILD is Japan's leading B2B trade fair for the building and housing industries, held twice a year in Tokyo (December) and Osaka (August). The Osaka edition runs Aug 26-28, 2026 at INTEX Osaka (daily 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.).

Exhibitions

The show brings together 11 specialised exhibitions covering Smart Building Technology, Smart Home (AI & IoT), Building Material & Equipment, Housing DX, Green Building, Building Renovation, Construction Technology and IT for Real Estate. The dedicated Smart Home Expo focuses on AI & IoT for the smart home, gathering IoT for building, smart lighting, HEMS and net-zero energy systems.
