The Southwest Michigan Bridal Show is billed as the largest wedding and party planning expo in Southwest Michigan. It is held at Wings Event Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with well over 85 vendors covering ceremony and reception sites, photography, videography, catering, cakes, florists, invitations, formal wear, DJs and bands, travel, and other party services.
The next edition is Sunday, January 10, 2027, from 12:00pm to 3:30pm. Admission is $7 in advance (tickets available from October 1 at Wings Expo Center and Bert’s Bakery, Westnedge) or $8 at the door. Online pre-registration is offered on the official site.
The show is designed so couples and party planners can compare many options in one visit. Bert’s Bakery gives away three $400 (100-serving) wedding cakes; drawings start at 1:00pm, with vendor drawings at 2:30pm (must be present to win). Anyone planning a wedding, graduation, anniversary, or other special event is welcome.
