Spectroscopy Fair

Spectroscopy Fair (分光フェア) is one of the seven constituent fairs of interOpto / Light and Laser Science Technology Fair, the photonics exhibition jointly organized by the Optical Industry Technology Promotion Association (OITDA) and publisher Optronics Co., Ltd., held at Pacifico Yokohama since the 2024 merger of INTEROPTO and Optronics' long-running autumn fair. The most recent edition, interOpto 2025, ran November 11-13, 2025, 10:00-17:00, at Exhibition Hall C of Pacifico Yokohama, Yokohama, Japan. The fair is organized with academic cooperation from the Spectroscopical Society of Japan (日本分光学会) and presents spectroscopy products and technologies: spectrometers and analytical instruments (absorption, emission, UV-Vis, infrared/Raman, terahertz, NMR, photoacoustic and light-scattering spectroscopy), spectroscopic components (prisms, mirrors, lenses, diffraction gratings, monochromators and micro spectrometers), and application systems for biometric measurement, colorimetry, microscopy spectroscopic imaging, film-thickness measurement, ICP analysis, near-infrared inspection and ultrafast pulse-laser measurement. Applications span astronomy, physics, chemistry, biology, medicine and industrial uses such as fruit sugar-content and atmospheric-environment monitoring. As of September 2026 the organizer had not announced the next interOpto edition; the spring OPIE'27 (April 21-23, 2027, Pacifico Yokohama) is a separate exhibition brand by the same organizer.
