The two-day Health & Fitness Expo kicks off St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend at the Renasant Convention Center in downtown Memphis (255 N. Main St., Memphis, TN).

• Thursday, December 3: noon - 7 p.m.
• Friday, December 4: noon - 8 p.m. Race day is Saturday, December 5, 2026.
