Star Women in Convenience Awards

The 2026 Star Women in Convenience Awards take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, 8:00am-11:30am at The International Centre, Toronto (Mississauga), Ontario, Canada, followed by an invitation-only Winners Networking Lunch at 12:00pm.

Presented by Convenience Store News Canada, the Star Women in Convenience Awards recognise exceptional women making a difference and demonstrating commitment, innovation and leadership across the convenience industry - from retailers and distributors to manufacturers, industry associations and consultants.

The morning programme combines a winners panel, keynote address, networking and the awards ceremony. The 2026 keynote is delivered by Susana Pulla, Director of Marketing, Communications & Digital at 7-Eleven Canada, on "Leading with Impact and Heart: Building a Lasting Legacy in the Convenience Channel", reflecting on her two-decade journey from Suncor/Petro-Canada through strategic roles at Hydro One and her purposeful return to the convenience channel.

The 2026 winners panel is moderated by Shannon Brown (North Sun Energy) and features leaders from Harnois Energies, Alimentation Couche-Tard | Circle K and Petro-Canada, a Suncor business. Winners are also featured in Convenience Store News Canada magazine, the All Convenience e-newsletter and at CCentral.ca. The 2025 edition drew over 300 leaders and decision makers and honoured 56 recipients. The 2026 event is sold out.
