SEAA Convention & Trade Show 2026

The Steel Erectors Association of America (SEAA) National Convention & Trade Show brings together steel erection and fabrication professionals for education, networking, and an industry trade show. Held annually each spring, the 2026 edition takes place May 5-8, 2026 in Kansas City, Missouri at the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center.

Trade Show

The convention features a large trade show floor where exhibitors showcase equipment, tools, technology, and services for the steel erection and fabrication industry. Booths are available in 10x10 and 10x20 formats, with member and non-member rates, plus sponsorship packages.

Education & Sessions

Attendees join educational sessions and panel discussions covering workforce development, recruiting and retention, AI in construction, financial management for project managers, leadership, workplace safety and OSHA compliance, bolting and RCSC standards, and more. The event also includes a Project of the Year awards ceremony and keynote speakers (including Jim "The Rookie" Morris). New for 2026, select sessions are available as virtual options.

Networking & Social Events

Beyond the classroom and exhibit hall, SEAA organizes the George R. Pocock Memorial Golf Tournament, a Pickleball Tournament, and the Boom Lift Ball Drop fundraiser supporting Safety & Education programs. Registration is open for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors on the official SEAA event platform.
