SunWest Crab & Shrimp Festival is an annual beachfront seafood festival produced by Florida Penguin Productions and staged on the white-sand shore of SunWest Park in Hudson, Pasco County, on Florida's Gulf coast.
The 11th Anniversary edition took place Saturday 21 - Sunday 22 February 2026, running 11:00-18:00 on both days.
What to expect
- Seafood focus - fresh local crab and shrimp prepared by regional food vendors, alongside a wider festival menu.
- Live music all weekend - bands perform across both days on the beachfront stage.
- Beach setting - the festival uses the sand and swimming lagoon area of SunWest Park, a Pasco County park on the Gulf coast north of Tampa.
- Family entertainment - games and activities aimed at all ages, with cold drinks and a bar area for adults.
